Coffee Parainema in washed process previously inoculated during fermentation.
The total time of fermentation with the intense yeast was 48 hours. The PH was measured and monitored to see the equilibrium point in order to proceed to wash it.
In this batch we can highlight a very pronounced note of vanilla and a fragrance product of the type of yeast.
